To rent a car from Daleo Rent a Car you must meet the following conditions: the minimum accepted age is 21 years and you must have at least 1 year from the date of obtaining category B.

You need your driver’s license, ID and a debit / credit card when you rent a car from Daleo Rent-a-Car. For loyal customers, having a debit / credit card is not a mandatory condition.

A. Booking

1. Send the request through the online booking form, by e-mail to reservari@daleo.ro or by phone to + 4 0740 515 665 . The request must contain the type of car, the rental period (date and time), the location of delivery / pick-up, the customer’s name, the e-mail address and a correct telephone number.
2. A temporary reservation will be sent which blocks the car for the requested period.
3. If you agree with our offer you must confirm it within 48 hours in order to have a final reservation.

B. Rent

1. At the date and time set in the reservation, we are waiting for you at our office Daleo Rent a Car, located in the building of the International Airport “George Enescu” Bacau, in the area of ​​the arrivals terminal, to hand over your car. Upon delivery, the rental contract is signed, the handover-receipt form of the car is completed and the payment is made.
2. The actual rental. If there is any problem you can call us at any time, we are at your disposal 24 hours a day.
3. At the date and time, established in the contract, the car is returned, usually in the same place where it was taken over, unless otherwise stated in the contract. The end of the rental is recorded in the handover-receipt form, the guarantee is returned.

The rented car can be driven by the contract holder and by another additional driver indicated in the contract. An additional fee is charged for this service.

The Daleo Rent-a-Car agent is waiting for you at our office, located in the “George Enescu” Bacau International Airport building, in the arrivals terminal area. In the photo gallery you can see some images with it. Then the contract is signed and you can take over the car immediately. If it is the first rental, you must present in original the identity document and the driving license in order to make photocopies.

The rented car can be driven on public roads in Romania.

To extend the rental period, you must call +4 0740 515 665 at least 24 hours before the expiration date of the contract. If the car is available, an additional extension is made and the new rental period is paid.

Daleo Rent-a-Car representatives are at your disposal throughout the rental. The first step is to contact us immediately. You can find the contact details on the car rental contract. Daleo Rent-a-Car representatives will provide you with the necessary assistance. In case of technical failure , benefit from the replacement car in case the defect cannot be remedied immediately. In case of accident : in case of accident, the client must procure and then offer to Daleo Rent-a-Car copies of the documents of the third parties involved in the accident (RCA insurance policy, identity card, co-driving license, registration certificate) police report or amicable finding. If the person renting the car and / or the other participant are strangers, the investigation must be carried out on the spot and the police report must be attached.

The car is returned at the date and time established in the contract, usually the place where the car was picked up.

Payment can be made in cash or in Euros during the day, with your card online – directly from the website www.daleo.ro, after filling in the reservation form correctly.

To benefit from a child seat, check this option when filling in the reservation form.

The driver must be in possession of a valid Driving License and must be at least 1 year old.

The rental price includes RCA, rovignieta and CASCO insurance for car damage and in case of theft. In case of major damage, the warranty covers the deductible for opening the damage file.

For Standard Insurance a guarantee / deductible between 200-500 Euro is required on account of the possible repairs necessary in case of damage to the vehicle, a guarantee that will be returned at the time of its delivery in the same condition in which you received it. The warranty will be used to penalize the user as follows: € 200 for damage to the vehicle outside or inside (only if the user is to blame for the event), € 200 for loss of car key, € 200 loss of car documents . The warranty will be returned in the conditions in which the car was returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered together with all documents, accessories and equipment.

Talk to the agency employees – they will try to find the car you like. If the car belongs to a different class than the one you initially chose, then the price changes accordingly.
